Terrible service. Didn’t know where Longview was should have been our first red flag. Kept calling back and putting us on hold. Waited an hour then said truck had broken down. Canceled called All Rite, excellent service for less than half the price.

I had a wheel failure on my trailer. Company quoted me $1,000 to come out 26kms to pick up an ‘unloaded single axle skidoo trailer’ and take it back 26kms. REALLY? Looks like from the reviews they attempt to ‘gouge’ vulnerable people. NOT NICE. Shame on you. Would not use nor recommend this company … ever!

I was looking for a local High river tow company to tow an SUV 1 km. They quoted $239, which seemed high but ok sure. Called me 2 hours later to say their “truck broke down” and needed an extra $110 to call another truck. Heck no, got a refund and called a better company.

DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Call All-Rite, they actually helped us!! Got screwed around for 2 hours, told their truck was broken and were sending a different company but that would be more money. If I could leave a 0 star I would

I am not usually one to write reviews but this was ridiculous. My car got a flat and I called for help and not only was the lady I talked to incredibly rude from the get go she said no one was available to help and when I asked how long it would be for someone to be available she just said there was no one left it at that and provided me with no extra help. I am very displeased with the way this was handled and for the awful customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. Felt as they were preying on our predicament. Made us wait 2 hours and then started adding additional charges.

Absolutely terrible experience! Waited for 3 hours and the driver was always just 20 mins away! Save yourself the time and fight and use someone else!
