I had a flat tire on my Camaro, it does not have a spare. I pushed my Onstar button and 4 Seasons towing was dispatched. The driver ( whose name I didn’t not get ) called me quickly after to give me an eta. He arrived quickly and upon arrival was polite and carefully lined up how we were going to get my low car onto the flat deck without damage. The driver paid close attention while loading and unloading my car and it was delivered to the dealership with no issue. I was very happy with the service

Our Company had picked a Picked a load for 4 Seasons Group of Companies on May 4th, 2023. Freight rate was $8600.00. The name of the shipper is HVAC.
This man is not paying us even after 120 days. After 90 days he agreed to pay in 4 installments but stop taking our calls and reply to our emails.
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHILE WORKING WITH 4 SEASONS GROUP OF COMPANIES and its subsidiary companies.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company for a commercial vehicle inspection. Everything was good on the initial inspection. We made our own repairs and took the truck back so they could look over the repairs and sticker the truck for its annual CVIP. We told them on three separate occasions not to leave the truck outside overnight (including in an e-mail), because they wouldn't get it started in the extreme cold temperatures. We even told them that we would bring the truck back and park it in our shop until they could squeeze us back in. They could not get our truck into their shop the day we dropped it off, so they left it outside and did not call us. They attempted to start it a day later and it wouldn't start. In the mean time, the DEF system froze and broke one of the lines to the tank. This is a $615 part. Also, they depleted our three 12V batteries and then let them freeze in -30C+ for 6 days, which is an additional $380. I towed the vehicle back to my shop at my cost and the owner refuses to reimburse me for the tow and $1000+ in parts and wants me to pay for the reinspection. I marched into the owner's office after he didn't return my calls for 4 days and yelled at him for the customer service I was getting - not my finest moment. This process started February 9th and my truck is still down on March 2. He chased me for four months trying to get my work and this is the headache he left me with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHEAP, BUT AS WE ALL KNOW....CHEAP COMES AT A COST!

BTW - The two mechanics I dealt with were great. The owner said he fired one of them over this. This was the owner's fault.

This company is bankrupt . They are not paying our bills. Do not work with them. I know how the owner of company Hany Aly responded when i called him to get our hard earned money. I have recordings and screenshot as well. Do not work with them.

It was a great experience using 4seasons for moving between provinces. They were very professional and caring for every detail. Even when unexpected things happen, they solve it the best way possible. They go above a beyond to make their customers happy. Thank you for the smooth move!

Seriously, give Glenn a raise. The guy is a legend. I was stranded on highway 63 about an hour south of fort mcmurray and had to spend the night in the truck in a freezing cold temperatures. I had attempted to contact multiple different tow companies to come tow my truck and had no luck ! I have then received a call back from Glenn notifying me that he can come within an hour and when he did so he bought me and my co worker a hot drink from tim hortons which was really nice of him, to top that off Glenn towed my 26ft truck out of the ditch with ease and without scratching or damaging the truck. Also Glenn is a super chill guy amd very honest i paid the exact amount i was told on the phone! Thanks so much for coming through to rescue my day. 5 stars all day!!!

Very professional and very quick.
Had a 5 ton stuck in a parking lot, no one would answer/return my calls to give me a tow.
Gave 4 seasons a call and they had a tow truck ready for me in less than an hour, would definitely recommend giving them a call first if you find yourself in a pickle.
