Don't get me wrong, some of the staff are wonderful and do their jobs very well. Always happy when they are at the till; however, the other ones like to overcharge and type things incorrectly into the POS machine. Based on the other reviews I am not the only one to have this issue, and for that one star because of horrible management. The only thing they had going for them was the icecream machine for screamers but they removed that. Just take the extra minute and go to the other seven eleven, far better customer service and won't try to rob you.

Terrible managment and not the brightest staff. They fired their 1 good worker awhile ago. Food is hardly ever fresh and that's if it's even available. Overpriced like most convenience stores but they do have a bit of everything you might need

I bought boneless wings took the box out to my vehicle realized they were not boneless so I brought them back inside the store and told the worker they weren’t boneless like I had asked for. He voided the transaction and we settled the difference. He then took the wings and put them back with the other wings for sale. 🤢

Twice my daughter was over charged. First time I did nothing. That's my bad. Today it happened, I called there and got her money back. Alot of issues with over charging people.

Stopped in late last night for some Pop and food Came in to find out there's no hot food Ready no big deal

I asked "Vince" if there was a certain time that he stops serving hot food as I'm not from bonnyvile he said very rudely when it expires and he gets around to cleaning it

Vince was very rude and unprofessional it also didn't seem like Vince really wanted to be there or be helpfully

Maybe Vince needs a Carear change?

I asked for the 10 wings and 10 wedges for the $11. the lady barely even paid attention to what I was saying and went and got 10 wings no wedges. I went back in there and told her that I wanted to 10 wings and 10 wedges. So she charged me full price for the 10 wedges. The girl paid no attention to what I was saying.
