Goal International were incredible throughout our whole trip in Japan. We used them for not only airport transfers, but even hotel to hotel transfers. There were 5 of us and plenty of suitcases. They were a pleasure to deal with. Communication was excellent and they were also very punctual. Every driver we had was kind and very helpful. Thank you so much Goal International for making our trip in Japan so memorable.

Had a great experience with Goal International. I appreciated how quickly they would respond via email (in English, since I don't speak Japanese) from inquiry, reservation, even when we arrived at the airport and asked if we could be picked up earlier than expected. Highly recommended! They email you the driver and car information the day before so things go smoothly.

I contacted the company 2-3 days before booking this company while traveling Asia and got a quote. I decided to go with Goal International because of a Reddit recommendation and their cheaper rate than another company. We had 6 suitcases and a group of 4, and received the Alpha pick-up. The instructions from the team through email was very clear where to go, and they respond really fast! I managed to get through immigrations within 45 minutes and email them that I've made it to the designated waiting area, and our driver was ready for us when we arrived. It was very comfortable and our driver was so sweet and kind! We didn't catch his name, but he was the best. Sad we didn't catch his name, but he was born in Indonesia and has been driving for this company for the past 20 years in Japan, I believe. He informed us about the local area, different tourist attractions, and drove very safely and smoothly! Highly recommend.

Prompt and on time. Very courteous, very clean transportation, and would love to use them in the future. Their communication was immediate every time I had a question and it is a great value. This is our first trip to Japan and we will be using them again. With our 14 hour flight it was so nice not to have to think about getting to our hotel. Outstanding service.
