I had the privilege of working with Dr. Mona E Stribling this past year, and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. This was my first time seeing a therapist and it was truly transformative. She helped me a lot with anxiety, especially my school-related anxiety. Dr. Mona helped me build a framework of understanding and mental tools to untangle a dark web of trauma and addiction I suffered from for most of my life. Her compassionate and non-judgemental approach made me feel extremely safe in opening up to her.
