Just terrible. Went there earlier in December and witnessed one of the employees literally bullying a new girl who was just starting. She was doing her absolute best to help me find the product I was looking for, but when she asked her coworker for some help and advice, she was berated for not having more “product knowledge”. The poor girl was in tears at the counter. Absolutely shameful. I don’t even recommend any of my friends to go there anymore, that was so sad to see!! Since then I have not been back and do not plan on it either. Canna, hire better employees.

First time going into this store, or any in quite awhile for that matter. New ordering system is all touch screen now not my favourite but I get it. The staff was awesome! My best experience in any canna cabanna. Super helpful I asked about a bunch of stuff I was after he was informed knew his products well. He also pointed me to a better vape pen then I was looking at for dollars more. Great store clean nice incredible staff.

Guy working was really, really nice but this location doesn't have a list of products available so I'm not able to choose for myself and the kiosks are both down. Not sure why I wouldn't be able to see a list of available products but I'm very disappointed by this. It's hard to determine what I want and the price when neither are available for viewing.

Love this store. Staff are absolutely amazing; helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Prices are great. Store is super clean and everything presented nicely.
I was very disappointed coming back from holidays that the books are gone though. One of the main reasons I chose this store over the many in close proximity was for the books and how they were organized.

I want to start by saying this is my favourite store with the best bud tenders in town! My rating in no way reflects On the staff or the store. I went in recently and was super disappointed to find the binders listing the products is now “unavailable” due to higher ups wanting the kiosks to be used. I am so not happy about this change. The kiosks are not user friendly, do not allow you to compare products easily and more often than not they are down. Please change this policy back!! I go to this store at least twice a week so I can see the staff and because the book is easier to use for me (I am old school) Marie R.

Staff was awesome like always, but I went in tonight and all the menus were taken away Why In what world does that make sense I go to this location every week and liked how I could easily find what I wanted in the binder. In and out, easy peasy. Now I have to look at each individual item on a shelf, through the glass, with some bags with small print that I can’t make out at all.
Like why would you take away the one thing that centralized all your product and streamlined it for your customer Now, it’s annoying. Which means I’ll probably now just go to another store that has a menu (which is all of them, because they’re smart).

I absolutely love this store. I shop almost exclusively here. The staff are amazing and friendly, they're knowledgeable and I've never had a poor customer experience here.

But, I am disappointed that there are no more books for the menu. I don't care if it doesn't immediately update to reflect what's actually in stock. I liked the book menus.
I'll still shop there because of the staff, but I can't hide my disappointment.

Staff is always super friendly. Prices are great, especially if you’re a free member. I won’t bother with any other shops. I’ll always come back to this store.
