Great experience and great service. We had to change our schedule due to airline changing flight time and it was extremely easy to do. Team was extremely friendly, bus are comfortable and secure, and Javier our driver for both ways was the best ! Will definitely book again next time!

We used this shuttle in Jan 2025 round trip from YYC to Banff. They were on time, polite, clean coach, and provided an overall great experience. I highly recommend this service!

A good service IF AND ONLY IF you live in Banff. Not worth it if you live in Canmore as they only drop you at the East Coast hostel.
I asked the driver if he could drop some of us at the three Sisters exit just before Canmore as it would save people a lot of time. It's not even a detour as it's on the way. Just a 2 minutes stop to let us get down the shuttle.
He was ok but the (not very nice) lady at the desk at Calgary airport heard my request and told the driver not to do it.
She had no reason to refuse except that according to her ... it's not fair for other people...

She was actually right, this company is not very fair. People who live in Banff are dropped in front of their hostel and even in front of their door step. The driver asked them where they want to be dropped off.
But they don't care about people who live in Canmore.

So with this company you pay for the same service but you don't get the same service depending where you live....

So If you live in Canmore just avoid this company considering that you will have to pay an extra $20 for a taxi unless you live downtown. In the end it will cost almost 100$.

Do your research on Google. "shuttle calgary airport canmore" and you will find their concurrent running the EXACT same service for half the price.
No need to pay twice the price for nothing

Convenient and easy. Book it online, they show up and drive you to the airport. Friendly and professional service, and far more convenient than driving and messing around with rental cars, especially if you have to leave before the rental car offices are open.

The driver was great, we had multiple stops to make and each one he was very quick to get out and get the luggages and continue the trip. The van was very clean and comfortable as well

Great scenic bus ride , about 2 hrs from Calgary to Banff. Excellent service. Washroom accessible. Only suggestion would be addition of few charging sockets and Wifi.

The shuttle was clean and comfortable with an outlet at the seat (not sure if they’re at every seat but I had one) and climate control above each seat like on an airplane. The driver was kind, loaded our bags for us, and drove safely. When I had a question, Customer Service responded promptly and was helpful. Would recommend!
