We tried Busters for the first time tonight as we moved here from NS and we have mixed reviews for sure. We ordered from the Blackfalds location. The garlic sticks and marinara were good but the garlic sauce was really chunky and tasted off. The poutine taste was okay but fries were so soggy they were mush in the bottom of the container. Boneless chicken bites were good. My sons were most disappointed with the big cookie as it was overcooked to the point that I am shocked they delivered it that way, it is black and we tried to even heat in microwave but was just to hard to eat. It was bad enough I felt the need to write a review as over half our order was inedible and it was supposed to make for an easy supper.

Terrible pizza. Next to no cheese and very little
Toppings. Dough was under baked. Barely any sauce. Even though we asked for extra.
It honestly looked and tasted like it came out of a freezer box. This Busters has gone down hill big time. We used to order here all the time. We won’t ever be back.
The last few times we’ve ordered it’s been the same. Last night was the last time ever. Complete waste of money. They also sell a medium as a 12” and it’s only 10”.
The Manager is also extremely rude.
Don’t bother ordering here. You’re better off with frozen pizza.

I love getting our pizza from Busters in Blackfalds. The staff is always friendly. Fast and the pizza is always delicious!! Thank you for the pride you obviously take in your work! Supper was a family hit again tonight!!

Solid pizza! Ordered for a large family event, arrived within the hour. Chicken ranch is very good! Gluten free option was very good (not cardboard-y, lots of toppings). Donair is very good. Chicken bbq was okay, could use more sauce. The dough was just cooked enough (but close to under cooked). Not too much crust, good topping coverage. Would certainly order again!

I ordered online a large poutine with donair meat ,and chicken .along with bbq sauce and sweet sauce on it
There was no cheese no gravy and no sweet sauce on it .just a crap load of bbq sauce on it . I paid 22.63 for a crappy “poutine” (use this term lightly as what makes a poutine is the cheese and gravy ) and an iced tea

I love the chicken Donairs here best ever complete with mushrooms lettuce tomato's sweet sauce tzyki and extra cheese chefs kiss:) I'd add a photos but I destroyed it 😉

Busters Blackfalds is a go to for my family and I. Of all the pizza places we find this one to be the best, especially considering the price. We always get quick service over the phone and a welcoming greeting in store. My biggest complaint is the lack of window coverings honestly. The sun is always in the employees eyes and I’ve seen it easily get confused with unfriendly service. It also makes it really hot and uncomfortable in the store.
