Extremely poor customer service. December 4th, 2021 I paid this company over $500 to ship 3 barrels to Jamaica. Its presently March 8th and the items have not arrived in Jamaica despite them telling me they have been shipped.

Update: after months of back & forth, I found our that this company owed money to the company in Ontario and they decided to hold on to the goods. I had to beg the manager at freight plus (in Toronto) to release the goods to the recipients in Jamaica. The barrels were picked up & after these people paid to pick up their barrels from Jamaica (March 29, 2022) so many items are now spoiled. Terrible customer service & I will never ship with them again.

DO NOT waste your time doing business with this company. Customer service is terrible and it will always feel like a bother when you contact them regarding your barrel . I shipped a barrel in December 2021 and it was received in March 2022. 3 lovely Months of horrible customer service -_-. Honestly a waste of your time doing business with this company.

Poor company ship 1 crate and 3 barrels in December 2021 got to Jamaica in 2 ND week of March 2022 just to find out when you pack your stuff at their warehouse when you get them lot of stuff is missing.
