We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Sentinel- Calgary Chaparral. The facility is clean, very easy to access both the loading/unloading docks and the storage units themselves. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly during both our moving in and moving out days.

I’ve been going to this storage for 2 months and during these two months a found out that you can’t be in the building later then 11pm because I got slapped with $100 in fine. On me for not looking and reading closer and deeper into the rules but then after this I ran into some issues and left the premises at 11:03, again my fault but instead of paying the $25 they send me a “Notice of Termination” stating I only have two days to clear out my entire storage unit and I’m only allowed one trip and any other item left there after my one trip will be considered “abandoned and will be disposed of accordingly at your cost”
I ask if I can grab a few things that day because I drove over an hour to find this out and they said if I grab anything then everything else will be kept there and disposed off. My opinion absolutely, ridiculous and not the fact I was getting terminated but how I only get 2 days to go and clean out my unit and has to be in between 9-4 AND I’m only allowed one trip!

Excellent price, they have really good promotions once in awhile, very clean units, the provided carts, dolly’s, and lifts for our free use in the loading bay are literal lifesavers and take most of the work out of moving 👌

I highly recommend this location. Very pleased with the customer service, responsiveness, cleanliness, and security. It’s well-lit, dollies are provided, elevators are fast, all equipment works and is well-maintained. I appreciated the free first month. The $20 per month contents insurance offered is very convenient, but an add-on to my homeowner’s insurance was much more affordable.
