My bike broke down on the way home to Edmonton. I was trying to arrange to get my bike back home to Edmonton through AMA . The lady on the phone was so helpful. She coordinated everything with AMA and keep us informed even though they didn't end up doing the tow. I am very grateful for all the help. Thank you to Blacksmith towing and the dispatch lady. You proved that there are still good people out there willing to help!

These guys are not a legitimate company, I called to get a tow for my 69 dodge charger and he said they are insured, but whan I asked a couple more questions he got rude and refused to give me the name of their insurance company. Any respectable company would tell you who it was if they weren't hiding something.

Blacksmith now owns Fleetwood also. No surprise to me Chris and his trainee were excellent at assessing the situation and giving me professional and friendly opinions about my options to tow my B350 extended van. Not a surprise to me as I've had experience with both companies. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a vehicle to move in almost any situation.

I ended up in the ditch on a horrible day. Ray sent the driver out as soon as possible. For such a busy day the driver, Cory got there very quickly. These guys went above and beyond on the day. I am very happy with the service. I hope I don't have to deal with these guys again, but if I am need I will using and recommending them to everyone.
