I left my wallet in Waterton, and didn't realize it until I got back to Lethbridge. Rather than driving there and back, I decided to get a courier. Boy am I glad I called One!
It costed less than gas would have been, and they managed to get it back to me by the end of the next day!
Overall, I am a very happy customer!

Horrible. Delivered time sensitive items to the wrong address. Then the driver told dispatch it was delivered to an address that doesnt exist - then he said he dropped it off at a completely different address! Then ... they are waiting for the manager to authorize the driver to pick it up and deliver it to the correct address. Manager is not around! Wow. horrible experience.

Got a package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Got confirmation a day later that it was in Lethbridge on route for delivery. It’s been two days and have not gotten said package or seen any update on when it’s supposed to be here. 2 days late on a Friday, not open till Monday. UPS states deliveries happen till 7 but their contracted company only delivers until 5. So two days it’s been in town on route to be delivered. Now not gonna see it for another 3. Thanks for the service!!

I like to shop online a lot, and all my orders shipped via UPS come through ONE Transport Group. I live out of town, and so I have to pick up orders at the depot. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Very happy with the service here.

As far as I can tell, One Transport goals everywhere in Alberta and pretty close the next day service. Or at least that's how it is every time I call. And the prices very very reasonable
