Had my vehicle stolen and recovered by this company. Horrible over the phone conversation. The guy, Jeff started yelling about the bill without even giving me the full break down. Don't ask questions about the bill I guess. 3 hours recovery on an SUV at $180/hour, that's heavy duty rates. Shady!

Not friendly at all!!!Wouldn't even let me get my medical medication out of the truck till I paid $500 for a towing fee not even 10 minutes out of sundre.....you can't keep people's personal belongings it's ILLEGAL

Jeff hauled our newly purchased destination trailer, screen room, deck and shed from a local campground to our acreage. He did great work and gave us good advice on the prep required to get it done safely and cost effectively. Most definitely recommend Cooters!

Called this guy Jeff about a 2015 cascadia, he was too lazy to go and look at the mileage , just a very nasty person to deal with, I guess lucky thing there’s lots of business out the that you can be so abrupt to customers !
