Karen, Matthew and Rick make quite the team. They provided us with a turn key, stress free experience from listing it to the closing! Karen is a very hands on and dedicated real estate sales professional, you actually feel like you are getting special attention but that's just her style. She kept us in the loop on everything, we did not have to call her once because she was always on top of it. I've done a lot of buying and selling in the past 20 years (12 properties bought and sold) I've had numerous realtors in various cities who most were very good so when I say she provided the best experience I've had with a realtor to date, that is pretty incredible! I highly recommend using Karen's company AND although she is an expert selling Chestermere she also sells Calgary, she just sold my sons house in Calgary, 3 offers in 4 days.! It was a small house so providing a video wasn't expected but it was such a nice touch that I am certain it contributed to the quick sale since the buyers were moving from BC.
