Grocery delivery is not the norm for me but since getting home from surgery I have needed to depend on services to help for a few weeks.
I have used Voila for some Sobeys groceries and been very happy. Both times delivery guys were so kind to bring them up elevator and place on my counter. They were on time and groceries were fresh. Great job, reasonable fee, and would not hesitate to use again.

Terrible experience with Voila!

The driver's lack of professionalism was shocking, ending calls without explanation. The way my groceries were handled was a disaster, leading to damaged bags and spilled items.
And also half of my order was missing at first, indicating a total lack of regard for proper service. And no more 15% Off First Tuesday of the Month? A complete sham.

This was more than just subpar service; it was an absolute debacle from start to finish. My advice: steer clear of Voila. It's a nightmare.

Overall positive experiences with Voila delivery. Never had an issue with drivers or quality of products. However, they should honour the 15% discount that is available in Sobeys stores on the first Tuesday of every month.

Terrible.
This driver didn’t know how to drive and he annoyed the neighbours in my complex. We counted 47 back-up beeps as he didn’t know how to drive while in Reverse and almost hit my car four times. He parked in a No Parking Zone as well, blocking in parked tenants instead of using the guest parking.
Nothing but an annoyance to the neighbours and myself, unprofessional and rude.

Absolute joke of a service... Drivers are incompetent, off shore call center will make every excuse up why they can't do their job. The substitute without contacting for items not even close. I highly recommend to stay away

Don't order from voila to get groceries from Safeway! They don't match prices that are listed in Safeway/Sobeys flyer but they have their own prices! Worst delivery service ever!!!!!!
