The online booking system either doesn’t work or the dispatchers don’t know how to use it. I booked a taxi for the following morning for an early flight to the airport. I almost immediately got three separate drivers and a text message all waking me up as they tried to arrive immediately, late at night, to pick me up. Now I’m awake and mad and definitely using a different car service tomorrow.

I have been using your taxi service exclusively for several years. Until today, your drivers have always been exceptional. One problem we have had over the years, your app does not provide your drivers with the ability to find us. Unfortunately, this was an issue today.
The bigger issue, when your driver finally arrived, he raised his voice at me and blamed me for this.
His poor behaviour continued on our drive.
Had my husband not been with me, I would’ve canceled.
Unfortunately, it is unlikely will be using your taxi service again.
From what I understand, the competition has gotten much better, and their companies have the ability to find us every single time. Thank you.

This Cab Company has NO CONCEPT of being on time. I booked a ride today Scheduled for 3pm. They did not show up until 3:20pm. Making me late for work. They did not care at all that they're messing with my livelihood. By the reviews I have read, they do this quite often. What is the point on Scheduling a Ride for a certain time if they're not going to show up at that time? Ridiculous!!! They were only trying to refund be $15 on a $60 cab ride, with a discount on my next ride. I said I will NEVER use your bullshit cab company ever again! I made them refund me the whole price of the trip. The driver who called me was rude and hung up on me. I then had to call the Actual company and speak with several people before I actually got to talk to a manager. WORSE CAB COMPANY EVER!!! They don't give a shit about being on time. They suck! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

This was an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience. We called the cab company 45 minutes in advance to book a pickup for 5 people at 6:15 PM. During the call, we indicated that we needed a larger cab for five passengers and that the pickup time was 6:15 PM. The representative on the phone confirmed this but gave us mixed messages, first saying the cab would arrive in 20 minutes and then insisting it would come at the correct time.

At 6:01 PM, the company called us (14 minutes early). We missed the call but immediately called back at 6:03 PM. They informed us that the cab had already come and left because we weren’t there. We were baffled because it was still early, and they hadn’t waited even until the scheduled pickup time, let alone allowed a reasonable time for us to locate them. To make matters worse, we hadn’t specified which entrance of the building to meet at, so we’re not sure where the cab even went.

When we called back to sort this out, the person on the phone then claimed they don’t even have cabs that can accommodate five people—directly contradicting what was promised when we booked. If they don’t have suitable vehicles, why accept the booking at all? And if they did send a cab, was it even capable of carrying five passengers?

Ultimately, we gave up, installed the Uber app, and had a ride within five minutes. This company wasted our time with poor communication, lack of organization, and misleading information. Avoid at all costs

I was a working rider in Calgary United cab from downtown to my home, cab number 549. It was neat and clean and the driver helped me with my big luggage. I was happy with his service. It was my first time riding with calgary United cab, I will be using their service from now on.

The best Taxi driver ive had , friendly , sweet, kind and everytime I call him he's on time. I've been using him for now for a couple weeks now whenever I need a ride. 5 out of 5 star!!!!

Mr Singh of Cab #14 turned up a few minutes before time arranged. He was most kind and very polite. He took the direct route to my destination and drove calmly and safely. The cab was clean and well cared for. Service could not have been better
