First of all, we hired them through UHaul and all transactions are to go through UHaul and not directly with this company. I

t started off great! They were (somewhat) careful with our belongings and were able to get them to the box in a reasonable time frame. However, once we provided them with the payment code and it wasn’t working, they threatened to hold our box until UHaul released their payment. The payment had already passed on my credit card and I couldn’t do anything. They threatened to go to the cops to get their payment, demanding that we pay them cash (on top of the payment that was already provided to UHaul for their services).
We had to rush to UHaul to ensure that they would not take our UBox. It was explained to them multiple times that they had an issue on their side and that we had done what we were supposed to do. They did not care, they were asking to be paid right now and bringing our Box anyways to the cops.

Would definitely NOT recommend going with this company!! Might be cheap but definitely not worth the headache they brought us!!!

Lots of great companies out there, do not go with them.

In response to what the company has said under my review:
We had no issue with UHaul, it was your company that had an issue. My main issue with your company was the way it was handled; completely unprofessional. Threatening to hold our box until you were paid by UHaul is absolutely none of my concern. I paid, and your company had an issue with UHaul but somehow took it out on us. Therefore, I believe you do deserve the one star review for the completely unprofessionalism and disrespect you showed us on that day.

Top notch service every time. Wife and I have used DDD on many occasions. Mary has been our driver most of the time and has always been courteous. Would highly recommend.

This service is amazing! Their hours of operation are realistic all week. They were super accommodating with just a few hours notice. My driver, Trevor was awesome! I wish I knew about this sooner, the extra cost as opposed to a cab is worth waking up with your vehicle in the morning. Will definitely use them again in the future!

We've been trying to get ahold of them since April for posters so our guests wouldn't need to drive drunk from our wedding, and after emailing back and forth she apparently couldn't find my address and didn't bother to say anything. Then I emailed asking again, she didn't reply. So I called and she was really rude about it. I said whatever here's my address anyway I still don't want my guests to drive. They didn't drop them off still. So whatever I told my guests to Google the number. When we called for a ride she said it would be 1.5 hours and she was yelling at my maid of honor when she said the site says 45 minutes max.

I can't believe what an absolutely rude, horrible woman she is running this business. Good god.

Used this service tonight. When I called it was up to 2 hours wait, which was honest and appreciated. But they had a no show and called and had me on the road in 15-20 minutes because I was ready to go - sweet. Home safe. Worked out great. Will continue to use and will recommend to others. Thanks to the drivers.

I have used this service many times and will always recommend. Usually after stopping for a “quick drink” after work. They have always been professional, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Never felt unsafe and always new my truck and I would get home safe.
