The seller I bought from used this company to deliver my package the last mile to my place. The driver left my package at the front door of building not my apartment door. They also shoved it in the heater at the front door. It could have lit on fire or got stolen.That's not a safe location. Luckily my neighbor noticed and took it inside.

Worst carrier ever, I ordered some stuff online and that was a local delivery in edmonton and its been more than 5 days now I haven’t got my package yet. In 5 days I usually get stuff shipped internationally. What kind of service is this? Not recommended at all. I track it online everyday and since last 3 days they are just pushing the delivery date earlier it was 3 days ago and now its for tomorrow 🤷‍♂️

If I order through Canada Post, they have a box in my building. If I order through Amazon they drop at my door. If I order through UPS or FedEx or Purolator then they give me some time to pick it up at the facility. If I have no choice and a third party shipper uses TForce for the last mile then I get two unscheduled delivery attempts during business hours and it's returned to sender.

Had car parts shipped from Ontario to my home in Sherwood Park, the crate weighed 480 lbs, charged me over $1000. They call my wife to delivery time on my acreage, Wife changes her appointment meets the driver at 4pm Friday 2018 Jan 5, Driver say's he can't move the crate by himself and that my wife is too small to help him. Say's he's sorry now got to wait till Monday. Monday I call they now want more money because it's the second delivery. long story short I drive to West Edmonton to pick-up from head office. What a scam they run, almost criminal holding car parts as ransom, breach of contract tracking number was 8463462, so if anyone from the company reads this check it out for yourself. Never use all they want is money zero customer service, Kim in Edmonton (very rude zero customer service qualities) hung up on me when I got mad and complained about there mistake, "we did'nt know it was a residence" which clear indicates of contract

I phoned these guys a couple weeks ago to pick up seacan from storage and deliver to my house. Seacan never did show up, nor were they responding to my calls, or emails trying to reschedule with them. Still have gotten no response, but found another carrier same day anyway. Extremely unprofessional organization.
