They scratched my brand new floor 2 years ago. ( they were the first people to walk on it, and the only ones to move the table.) the company ignored us for the longest time, lied about fixing it or making it right. Never did anything expect not show up to fix it or make it right.

Save yourself the headache and just hire people on fb and rent a U-Haul. You’ll be much better off.

And i have all the proof and text logs still

The only reason it's not less stars is because of the absolutely stellar moving crew themselves. I had called and was offered a morning and an afternoon slot on our moving date, and I had to call back to switch to the morning slot. Come moving day 9 AM came and went, and when I called the person I spoke to didn't seem to be able to find me. I had to call multiple times over several hours to get an ETA. The crew called me when they were en route, and then the dispatch called me saying she couldn't get ahold of them (?) The movers came at 2 pm, were absolutely fantastic and professional.

My husband and I had to drive 4 hours through a snow storm at night which was great with a fully packed Uhaul and two screaming cats. If I had known that it would be an afternoon slot I would have planned accordingly so we could have left in the morning. While driving said Uhaul I got a call from a number that didn't show up as MIB Moving who left a message asking for my credit card. When I called back they were very short on the phone, said they were in a restaurant and would call back.

Long story short, if you want a great moving crew go with them, just make double and triple sure on your dates and times and make sure you have wiggle room in case you get forgotten.

Top notch customer service from start to finish. Starting with the email quote very accurate and detailed no hidden charges at all. Then the boys at delivery Dale & Nick. Were so careful and considerate. They loaded that truck twice and were so very fast. I tried offering them water and juice but they refused because they brought there own. They so pleasant even when they had to lift my beasts of furniture. Solid heavy hard wood furniture. So polite I've never used a moving company before but I will definitely call these guys back.

I was very impressed with both Dustin and Andrew today. They were both professional, friendly and competent men who knew their craft well. They were able to move heavy, oversized furniture into spaces that I was skeptical about. Even though it was hot and the loads were heavy, they never complained and completed the work with ease. I highly recommend MIB Moving, especially these two gentlemen.

Had a great experience with this company. I had them booked and had to keep changing the day as my house wasn’t ready but they were very accommodating and worked with me. They showed up on time and were so polite and friendly. They were wearing MIB hats and when my son commented on how he liked it the driver went to the truck and came back with one and gave it to my son he was so happy. They moved everything and moved it fast. They set up all my furniture in my home. They even gave me a discount as I was having problems with my insurance company and couldn’t get any help with them covering my moving bill. They really made my day so easy and finally I’m back in my home and everything is perfect. Thank you MIB for everything its people like you that remind me why I love our city.

This was my very first move with a professional moving company. All expectations were exceeded. Nick and Shane were very friendly and polite and went above and beyond to protect my items and very carefully and efficiently but swiftly moved them to my new place. They made the experience very pleasant. Their rates are excellent. I highly recommend them and will 100% use them for any future moves/deliveries!
