I was looking for a specific gift for my daughter. A very nice lady named Carol ( i hope I've remembered that correctly) came and helped me to find the right one. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting what I wanted. I wish more people were like her, I truly appreciated her help.

Probably the best place in town to get passport pictures. The person that helped me had outstanding customer service. She even told me that all the pictures had to be signed and stamped in the back. Simply great. Also the store has many good deals that I didn't realize that a drugstore would have, like TV's, computers and cameras.

This review is specifically regarding the Tech Department as an authorized Apple service provider.

My issue was that I had dust under the front camera lens (under the phone screen) of my iPhone that no longer has coverage. I booked an appointment for 10am. I arrived and had to pay $30 for them to “diagnose” my phone when the issue did not need a “diagnosis” (either they can clean under the lens or not, and if not the screen would need a replacement). They told me they’d CALL me in a few hours (not sure why they need a few hours to look at a phone screen, especially when I had an appointment). 6 hours pass and I hadn’t heard anything so I made a trip back to the store. I arrived and the tech says to me “well I emailed you and have been waiting for a response so I could replace the screen for $360, and now I won’t have time to do the replacement today if that is what you want ”. Wasn’t looking for an email and it’s hard to check an email account that is LINKED TO THE PHONE IN THEIR POSSESSION. Apparently keeping the same screen was never an option at all and that could have been communicated from the start and would have saved me $30.

I brought my iPhone in to have the battery replaced, as London Drugs is the only Apple-certified service provider in Grande Prairie. I was initially told it would take 4 hours, but when I returned, I was told it would take another hour. When I came back the second time, they informed me that they had broken the screen and would need to order parts.

Two days later, I called to check on the status, only to be told they hadn’t even ordered the parts yet. This lack of transparency and poor customer service was incredibly frustrating. Not only did they damage my phone, but they also lied about the timeline and failed to communicate properly.

I would not recommend this location for any repairs or service, as their handling of my phone was careless and their customer service untrustworthy.

The Pharmacist here are the best I have had the pleasure of being so lucky to tend to my pharmaceutical needs. They treat you like a person, not another annoying customer. I know it probably sounds absurd but I feel like they are my friends... My much smarter friends but they are all kind, funny, and great conversationalists. If you don't feel appreciated at your pharmacy.. change it. I'm telling you these lovely pharmacists are so worth it. You will not regret it. Unless you are just one of those impossible to make happy people... Then even these can't help lmao.

If you are looking to get Passport Photos done, the London Drugs Photo Lab is EXCELLENT. Located at the far left of the store, the service is friendly and professional. They use the same kind of screening check that Service Canada uses to review their photos - from lack of shine, proper height, straightness of the head, etc. I had my passport photo rejected twice before trying London drugs. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

The pharmacy is the best in town. Plus London drugs is goated for the amount of shopping you can do while waiting. SDM ain’t got nothing on these guys 🐐
