Stayed here recently for 1 night, and had a 2nd floor room that was very cozy, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The buffet breakfast was a really good spread (good variety, vegetarian options available), but wasn’t as warm as I’d like it to be. Convenient location just off the highway, and a very short drive to some restaurants in town. All in all a very good option in High Level.

We had 4 workers stay at the hotel . We were there for work booked out the morning work was completed .They charged are workers for the rooms given them ample notice charged us for 4 rooms when they had lots of notice apparently there policy is 24 hr notice unfortunately in are business when work is done it’s done we don’t have the luxury of giving 24 hr notice . We have never ever been charged by any hotel for another night after checking out in the morning completely ridiculous . Tried talk with the manager he could not give us a the time to discuss.

I am only reviewing the food service. We stayed at another hotel in High Level and were told to have our included breakfast here. We did, and it was excellent, the food was hearty and is a true all you can eat continental breakfast with all the fixings. Treasa helped us and was excellent. I will stay in the hotel here on future trips. Ideally located between Calgary/Edmonton and Yellowknife.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a high-level Best Western, and I must say, the service was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, Veibhau and Nicoy made my experience exceptional.

Veibhau was incredibly professional and welcoming, ensuring that every detail of my stay was smooth and comfortable. Nicoy, the manager, also went above and beyond to provide excellent service, demonstrating true hospitality and professionalism.

Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great facilities, but for the amazing team that makes guests feel valued.

Thank you again to Veibhau and Nicoy for making my stay so enjoyable! I will definitely be returning.
