Some of the staff seem to be unaware of their stock. I went in and asked if they had a av/rca to hdmi converter first guy said they didn’t have it, second guy said same thing but would look into ordering. Went n browsed and found exactly what i was looking for. Also wanted to buy an xbox series s they showed one in stock online but would not sell it to me. Very discouraging cause i wanted to buy it for a christmas present. Other than that other sales i have had were fine.

not source anymore. best buy express. if customer service can see this. they need more inventory and more accessories to phone and everything else shelves half empty and need more supplies. please stock them up quickly they need more crates of stuff

My family went there to get my husband a new phone after it suddenly broke down. Manager (Mr Marc)helped us a lot & went out of his way and spent time just to thoroughly explain everything to us and gave us a really excellent deal. We told him our predicament and hesitations but he came up with a creative way to solve our issue. His product knowledge and customer service skills are very impressive. Our 2 yr old daughter was throwing tantrums and he happily pacified her and even gave her some treats (candies) I was really impressed that someone could be so empathetic and proactive in customer concerns in such genuine manner. His work ethic and commitment to his job is truly showing in the way he leads by example and treats his clients. Thank you, Mr Marc, we’ll surely be back again.

Never have anything in stock.. this place has really went downhill.
Few months ago I was looking for a switch controller- they said there was shortage? Lol right.
Then went for Xbox controller and again said there's a shortage. Haha righhht. Just take your business to Amazon... Lol and people wonder why we don't shop local
