Just visited this location the Southgate express DHL location and I have to see. I had the best and most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in a Postal Service ever. I am blown away by how professional and how kind and informative MAKDAY. She was so organized. She was very communicative very patient and super kind. I’ve never had such an experience. It was like I was in a concierge session And wow like I’m so grateful that she was there because I was stressed and she really made this entire experience, enjoyable and memorable. I’m gonna be back because of her whenever I’m sending anything to Germany or internationally. I’m going through this location indefinitely because of how well she operates her business. This is incredible. Thank you for saving Christmas and I can’t wait to be back. I’m gonna definitely send more parcels out from this location! Thank you very much MAKDA!

Was emailed about my package being ready for pickup at this location yesterday and made it bright and early this morning to receive it. I have now been waiting for almost an hour for any employee at all to show up so I can receive my package. This is completely unacceptable. Hours of operation should reflect when employees are actually going to be here.

Attendant left home before closing time. I am here during opening hours and can see my package through the window but can't take it. Very disappointed. This was a female, dark skinned on shift june 20th, 2024. Another passer by said at 6:10 they were already closed. Hours show 6:30pm.
I would like customer service to get in touch with me ASAP.

Please do not use this facility as a pick up point. The Rep.s here have no idea on tracking your shipment and their feedback is baseless. In my case I was told that my shipment had not left India yet and the next day I am told that it is in Edmonton but not delivered to this location for a pick up. The online customer care is hopeless as well because it keeps you moving from one online option to the other without addressing the real issue. Avoid using DHL during festive times, they can’t honour their timely delivery promises during this time.

The attendant only lets one person in and locks the door. I've been standing outside waiting for 30 minutes. Just had another guy go and come back, he's been waiting and seen people wait for an hour. It would be faster to actually drive to any other location and come back. Last time I ask DHL to hold a package here.

Just like other comments mention, attendant is often absent from the Service Point. Have been trying to pick up a package for 2 days now (drove 20 min to get to the pick up location too). Every time there is a note saying “will be back in 1 hour”. Honestly…I understand employees need to take their breaks, but then they need 2 employees for this location. You cannot say opening hours are from X to Y and then be gone for 1 hour. Terrible location.

When I track my package, it shows it was delivered to me, but the picture shows DHL delivered my package to a wrong address. All their customer service numbers are automated messages and also their live chat is an automated message which doesn’t help with my case. I need to talk to a real person.
I came to southgate branch at 10:30 am to talk to them and they are closed. Their operation hours says they are open 10 am to 6 pm.

Picking up package was an easy experience! I was expecting the staff to be absent with the "Be back @ 3 PM" signage like most reviewer have posted but that wasn't the case I was able to pick-up my package with ease the lady that assisted me was really nice and prompt I just wish DHL have a service point in the northend or a parcel locker similar to Amazon.
