So far so good! We drove 4 hours to pick up our purchase and arrived late due to vehicle issues 🤦🏻‍♀️The staff were friendly and willing to help but we knew we'd take too long to load, so are going to return in a few days to try again. I'm curious...is there a loading ramp there? It might be more useful than lifting the equipment onto our trailer.

Really nice women working at the front, so accommodating to us when we had to schedule a later pickup and payment, wonderful! Really nice people on site including an amazingly skilled young woman on the Loader who put my mini-Excavator into the trailer with delicacy usually reserved for trimming a Bonsai Tree.

These Guys are Dishonest and sell JUNK! I bought a Seadoo for $2,500 Just to find out it had a blown engine. Let my experience be your lesson.. Stay far away from this place and save your hard earned money!

I bought a 3/4ton truck last auction on line and I never had a chance to go look at it. Truck turned out great! Very happy with it. Staff was awesome when I went to pick it up, there was a long line of trucks picking up farm equipment and a staff member came out and allowed me to jump the line. Very happy overall!

Bought 2 small items from there last auction. Was not aware that they changed there structure. Ended up paying a minimum transaction fee of a $100 per item on each $65 item. That's a 150% commission plus what they charged the seller. Not impressed. I consider that crooked and dishonest.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. So impressed with how smooth & easy the whole process was. Staff were organized & efficient. Had me paid, loaded & on my way back home in less than 30 mins. I'll be buying again from Ritchie Bros in the future no doubt.

Very helpful staff! Laurie and Dee Dee from the Lethbridge location went over and above to help me receive my truck. BC loves its bureaucracy, so Laurie made sure that the extra paperwork was explained and airtight for the interprov transfer. Dee Dee organized it so that I could pick up the truck after hours, and even took measurements so that I could confidently load my motorbike into the bed for the drive back. Very grateful for the assistance. Thank you!

WARING: Had someone sell a motor home here in Lethbridge. Was told had time to get things out and clean it. Went there cleaned it after they took everything out and was not given back!!! Myself and two others cleaned it 2 hours we cleaned. after the sale and payment spoke with Justin he told me that THEY spent 5 hours cleaning it and charged to clean it. Watch you statements they will get your money for your stuff one way of the other.
Ps no word or notes where the stuff went out of the motorhome .
