Texada Transfer is great company to work with, not sure about the bad reviews.. To be honest it doesn't seem like they are real as I deal with Texada every week and do multiple shipments but no one named "Josh" works there. Quotes are given quickly and accurately, they are on time and prompt with delivery times.

Darryl is awesome to deal with, super friendly and very professional. The Texada driver goes out of his way and helps move things into residences for us folk over here.

Overall, great company to work with and I highly recommend them because their rates are the lowest in town!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Texada Transfer. The dispatcher, Josh, was extremely rude and mocked me during our conversation. He struggled with handling a simple address and clearly had no interest in doing his job properly. When I asked to be transferred to someone else, he arrogantly claimed, "there’s no better dispatcher than me."

Thankfully, after being transferred to another person, the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. This experience, however, showed that some employees in this company should not be working in customer service. I strongly recommend that Texada Transfer re-evaluate their staff, especially those who treat customers disrespectfully.

Whoever was driving the large transport truck westbound on the highway between Gibsons and Wilson Creek at about 3 PM on Jan 15th was tailgating extremely close the entire time, even though there was traffic in front of me, and I was going a little above the limit. It created a substantial hazard that was pointless and unnecessary. I've never been followed so closely by a vehicle of that type, and I doubt it has the stopping power if the person in front of me slams on their brakes.

I gave it a star because it won't let me give a ZERO. The company misrepresented themselves and charged me triple amount. I was not told about their requirements when inquiring a quote. I even tipped the driver $40 who had the nerve to say that there was only one person there. There were three other people removing the materials. I will not be dealing with them again
