I have dealt with many moving companies in the past, mostly in the USA and one in Canada prior to Bekins being hired for an across Canada move. What I would say is read your contract, know the approximate weight of your items as nothing is set in stone until your load is weighed once packed and ready to be shipped. Our Bekins quoter Benny went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the process and as he experiences many times we changed out minds about what to pack. His quote was spot on, but we had been careful to allow for a 10-20% increase based on weight. I monitored the packing and unpacking and every step of the way everything was handled as I expected. Our main driver Jared was there from beginning to end and incredibly hard working. No items were damaged. Be ready to E-Transfer prior to delivery, don't wait be proactive in part of the process. I will use this company again without hesitation.

Super friendly and nice staff from the receptionist that phoned me to book a drop off time for my washer and dryer . As well the delivery drivers both were great and professional , went through everything with me from opening the items checking for any damage . Moving everything to my laundry room fast and accurate no issues at all will definitely be using them again .

Huge shout out to Bekin Moving guys!! Great Job installing washers & dryers plus including my 3 yr old son who had "his" tools ready if they needed to use them. They even used his screw driver. He was so excited to be included. Super Appreciate the quality service and professionalism.

Horrible, Horrible Movers! They love to damaged your furniture and then have the audacity to blame you for all the damaged! They have Horrible customer service, and thier movers are careless! Will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone!

Edit: Bekins.....How fantastic! You can't even keep your customers straight! You never offer me anything! This just shows how horrible you truthly are.

I have had Bekins do two moves for me now, one long distance and the most recent back in April of this year local. Very happy with the service I received both times. Fast, professional, polite and competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend and will use again for my next move.
