Horrible customer service. Bought a keno ticket for grandmother. I gave the cashier specific clear instruction for what I wanted on grandmothers ticket. She would press buttons trying to get to different menus, giving me different options then what i asked for. They thought they had figured it out. But when I got home the ticket was a completely different one then what they thought they had selected. definitely not trained up to standards for a convenience store.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and some of the best fast food you will get in Prince Rupert. Seriously, I haven't had better chicken and taters in my life and I've spent most of it down in Surrey. Beyond simply being good food in Prince Rupert, it's incredibly tasty and the prices aren't too high either. I'd also recommend the mac and cheese tots.

Excellent 24/7 convenience store with everything you might need. They even a small pharmacy essentials section. Always friendly and helpful. The owners have lived in Prince Rupert for over 40 years and pride themselves on their business.

24 hour neighbourhood corner store. Has all the household staples, plus fried chicken and taters as well. Only 24 hour store in town other than 7-11.
