I have used this company years ago when I worked somewhere else and they were fantastic. Emailed them end of day yesterday for a service the next day. They responded immediately and sent paperwork 1st thing in the morning. Before the paperwork was cleared the driver was at my door with the package. Given it's less than a week before Christmas this is very impressive! Keep up the great work and thanks for being consistent.

Bit frustrating experience with kelowna express, overall the drivers are nice and polite but I feel dispatch and the drivers string you along. Booked a truck in advance for a certain time truck showed up half an hour late, dispatch told me the truck was 10 minutes away and after 10 minutes got a call from the driver saying he was on his way and would also be 10 minutes. I helped the driver load the truck as he was late and time was a bit critical. After loading the truck the driver then took a break. I understand we are all only human but what is the point of booking a truck in advance if they are going to double book it and delay your shipment ? I wanted to call to speak to some one but they don’t have a complaint department in their directory. They also back charge if the driver has to sit and wait to be unloaded, we’ve had to wait sometimes for up to an hour and half just for the truck to show up at the booked time. I don’t think you should back charge people for making the truck wait to be unloaded. Anyways long story short, booked a truck for a specific time ended up having to wait for the truck to show up helped driver load the truck so that he could be on his way faster as the delivery would already be late then the driver proceeded to sit and wait.

Awesome family business. I should have posted this earlier. We had a big shipment coming from Ontario that was delivered to Kelowna and it stayed there for over a week because none of the carriers were able to handle the delivery to our place. Our supplier tried their very best to make it happen. Finally they got a hold of this great company. Kelowna Express took the challenge and delivered the 2 skids through a back road (forestry). The shipment got to our place in good order. They contacted us to arrange the delivery and they were so pleasant and wonderful to deal with!!! A thousand stars for customer service!!! Jason, the gentleman who made the delivery was super nice and helpful throughout the whole process of unloading and so careful! That's what I call customer excellence. Thank you Kelowna Express!!!

Steve, Heather and the entire Kelowna Express team are excellent to work with. As a family owned and operated business, their passion really shows. With a wide service network and a great fleet of commercial vehicles - they're very accommodating. I would highly recommend their services for anything, large or small.

I don't usually write poor reviews but after seeing this latest report it prompted my action, I've experienced a similar situation when dealing with parking issues, responses from worker's are negative and disrespectful when we are just trying to go about our day, this will continue to be an issue until a middle ground is found, this reflects very poorly on management as lack of proper process to find adequate parking for workers will lead to increase strained relations with locals, hopefully some negative reviews on this platform will help prompt some real change! You can do better!

Great experience. All the deliveries are done safely on time. Heather and Brittney doing an excellent job. Good drivers except one . He is kind of rude.
