I witnessed this last occurrence. My friend requested a product and the wrong item was delivered. Speedy Delivery made no attempt to rectify the situation and even blocked the customer's phone number. As a former delivery person myself, I found this delivery service to be totally unprofessional. DO NOT call this business unless you are willing to be left without youyr delivery without any apology or compensation.

The people of Speedy are always exactly as their service describes. Speedy. Fast, efficient, wonderful. I could think of so many other positive adjectives to describe them that it would take all day. They have helped me in a pinch with pet food, medication and delivered me some beer and they are always friendly... even if I am a numpty sometimes. I couldn't ask for better service and I am so glad they are around to help my family with the things we need and the things we want.

If I could give them 50 stars I would.

Always pretty fast. Prices are great , compared to other delivery places. Actually a lot cheaper.

After swearing about what I wanted picked up the dude hung up on me when I asked what time they are open until. Also when I asked if I was too late to get an order in today he said well if I wasn't doing them I wouldn't answer the phone would I? Rude.

Heads up never use speedy delivery in barrie Ontario, I just ordered 6 cases of diet coke and they brought me Coca-Cola, I said it was wrong, and to bring me the product I ordered, instead they blocked my phone number and decided not to service me again

This company is my go-to for alcohol ordering. They're usually quite fast, always very professional and kind, and they even call me when they're at the door when I ask them to. They go above and beyond for you!
