I called them in the morning, and they were able to move a piano for me by 1:00pm in the same day afternoon. They just happened to have some space, and squeezed me in on a Friday !!! They were so friendly, especially Mike. Good phone skills and fair pricing. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

We moved from Courtenay to West Kelowna in Mid March. We had an excellent experience with Comox Moving and Storage. Mary Lou gave us a fair quote. the entire staff were very helpful with packing suggestions. The free moving boxes were really welcome as was that shipping tape that really was great. Derek and the crew were polite, friendly and careful with our belongings. We had packed our own boxes. On the delivery end the great crew carefully handled everything under Derek’s guidance. Money well spent and a great move ! Thanks !

I recently hired Comox moving and storage to move a piano for me. I found them to be very professional and friendly. They gave me a great price as I was moving a free piano for a Ukrainian grandmother that used to teach piano before the war began. So I would highly recommend this company Thanks again.

Just moved from comox to Calgary talked to Mike and Mary Lou both cooperative, they gave an estimate plus packing charges. Told me when to expect delivery, everything worked perfect. Can't speak highly enough about the guys who did the move and packing would definitely use them again.

Called and asked for a quote - was contacted by Mary Lou and asked to provide photos. I provided detailed photos, and all details necessary.

Instead of a quote, I was told the hourly rate was $225 and did I want to book? I asked, again, for a quote, or at least an estimate, based on the rate and the photos she asked me to provide.

She then replied saying that she could not provide a quote for me until *after* my moving day, but they could still do the move for me at the hourly rate, with no clear idea of how long it would take, or any reason why a quote nor estimate could not be provided within the next 7 days.

Terrible customer service. Just...Wow.
