If you plan to use this freight forwarder, be prepared for significant additional costs due to the Customs Inspection Fee.

Several of our suppliers used this freight forwarder for our LCL shipments, and every time, we were informed that our shipment was "randomly selected" for customs inspections.

When we requested proof, none was provided. Even if the shipment was selected for inspection, we questioned why we were being charged double our share. They claimed it was because the container was only half full.

I pointed out that if customs opened any boxes, they would reseal them with tape clearly marked "opened by customs." However, none of the boxes had this tape, and the forwarder could not provide a satisfactory explanation.

Additionally, they use Airport Cargo Warehouse, which is the worst warehouse in the entire GTA.

They are well aware that once the goods are in the country, we have no choice but to pay this fee. I suggest that instead of charging customers for the Customs Inspection Fee without providing proof, they should increase their base fee.

Odyssey outhired local French company TCC MIRO with my shipment who failed to deliver to final destination, who did not help with customs and put me in the worst position ever and made me pay storage fees worth over €300 for no fault of my own. Their customer rep Alessia was horrible, did no trouble shooting, no help, has zero knowledge about customs and refused to resolve the mess they put me into and instead up charged me because of horrible company they contracted and took no responsibility to this day I don't have any receipts of extra things they charged me, no apology. Be careful hiring them you might end up paying twice more and left in a position unless you pay you will never see your things again
