The Pods experience was amazing. The telephone people were amazing and timing was perfect. The drivers/operators were exceptional. Do not use this company, no matter the cost.
They completely lost my pods, I had to physically drive across the city to find them myself. Once found, my movers had to wait 2 hours outside the facility as there were no employees working there, despite my week notice of my pickup. The only compensation I asked for was the 2 hours my movers billed me while waiting for an employee at the facility. It's been a month now, with numerous phone calls to the manager and being told it's in process, it's declined, no wait it's in process, and so far no more follow up and no refund.
