I moved recently from Waterloo ON to Orange County, California. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the agent assigned to my move. They were unprofessional and often unresponsive to my emails, using the busy season as an excuse.I had to figure out the process of moving my stuff on H1B visa on my own and traveled to Buffalo twice to ensure the border crossing of my belongings. When my belongings reached the border, they were stopped because the agent missed some paperwork. I was blamed for not signing the paperwork, which was sooo frustrating because I don't move every day! Moving across the continent was already stressful and the agent made it even worse. After the move, I received a preliminary receipt and was told to contact ATLAS USA for the final receipt, which seemed out of the ordinary according to ATLAS USA. So disappointing. On top of that, many of my items were damaged during the move!

Update: I changed the rating to three stars because I filed a warranty claim for the damaged items and Atlas USA approved and processed the claim within 48 hours and reimbursed me within a week! Impressive!

I've used AMJ Campbell for years. They've done so many commercial moves for me I can't even remember them all. This past month though they helped my wife and I move across the country. The sales team provided a really comprehensive list of options, drilled down on something that made sense for our budget, and clearly communicated in the lead up to our load and unload date. On the days they loaded and unloaded our vault, the movers were courteous, professional, quick, and best of all treated our stuff with the care we would've ourselves (honestly probably better than we could've).

10/10 would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great experience start to finish. After inquiring into moving costs, a representative came to the house and catalogued everything on a tablet with photos. Then a detailed quote with all the photos and items listed was sent to me. Booking the move date was quick and easy. Moving day, the 3 employees were on time and very friendly and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure each item was put in the correct room and everything was handled with great care. Highly recommend AMJ for any move.

Very pleased with the service provided by AMJ Campbell moving. Right from the start Darrin provided us with a detailed estimate and was extremely helpful. Jenna our moving coordinator was able to answer all our questions and checked in with us to make sure we ready leading up to moving day. Nick and his crew did an amazing job both on pack up and delivery special shout out to the delivery crew, Nick Jeff and Parker who worked through torrential rain and adverse conditions and you wouldn’t have known otherwise.
