Must drop papers at Receiving office with appointment number.
Will be signed by receiver and will drop them their after DL
Fast unloading but sometimes have long wait because of trucks queue.
PPE required
The white guy who inspect coil is really nice & helpful
Be in waiting area when coils are being unloaded.
Overall very friendly & very polite people

If you are coming from 401 take exit for king street and follow noth. After 4 set of lights turn right you will see STARBUCK on your right maple street. Then 2nd set of lights CHERRYBLOSSOM turn right. Steel technologies is on your left side small driveway hit and miss so slow down.
Wear your PPE before entering the building. Also, write your appointment number on the PPW anywhere. DO NOT USE OR TAKE YOUR PHONE unless they have GINGER guy he will jump on you. Anyways do not put your chain or any tiedowns away until you are out the building. There behaviour is argumentative so be precise do your delivery and leave.

Always quick to unload
Only time to wait is if there are trucks already in bay or outside
They are pretty strict with their protocol
You follow that no problem
Young guy inspecting the coils for delivery is quite helpful

The crane guy who offload coils is beyond disrespectful to the drivers, just don’t be rude explain the driver what they have to do in respectful manner. You just can’t say anything to the driver if we say something you guys gonna call the company or broker, please don’t be a cry baby then.

This will be a place I'll never come to again, complete lack of respect for truck drivers. Ridiculous wait times for no reason, complete garbage attitude throughout the warehouse. These people need to understand that we all need each other. Unless you have a direct railway line to your front door, you need trucks to keep your jobs. This place is trash, recommended to stay away unless you like to sit for no reason.

Place is not worth going too. They take forever with trucks, they disrespect drivers that are trying to make a living. Etc ...... Just not a good place to go. No driver from many trucking companies wants to go there. They hate going there

RUDE workers . They don’t know how to talk with drivers . I would give big 0 star to this place . Truckers avoid this place . Never seen such negative vibes under one roof . Management should focus on their workers behavior . Worst place
