We were recently on a bus trip to Pennsylvania and New York organized by our Tour Coordinator Martha Menezes and her group of talented folks who kept us fully entertained with food, jokes, games etc & AYR Coach Lines was employed as the transport provider. The bus was spotless and cleaned regularly throughout the 3 day trip. Our driver Mike was excellent. Very professional, polite, obliging and skilled at handling the bus. We returned from our bus trip after going to the US, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, for 4 days. We were very pleased with our bus driver Mike Coley who showed extraordinary kindness & patience towards us, especially those who needed assistance. His cooperation with the organizers of this trip was greatly appreciated. We were impressed as well by his timely arrival and departure.

Our company selected AYR Coach Lines for our excursion to Kitchener for 30 people. We chose the Mini Coach for this service that had all the bells and whistles of the Large Coach and met our needs...Admin Staff (Juilia) was excellent - friendly and accommodating from beginning to the end. During the trip, unfortunately the A/C stopped working, but while we were in Kitchener on our tour, Catherine, our driver, went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of, and accommodated us with a new bus for a more comfortable and pleasurable return trip! Great customer service - professional and courteous - highly recommend AYR Coach Lines.
