Picked up parcels at a SmartSpot location at Highview Drive for the Consignee. Clerk had no idea of the process. I had to go hunting for the parcels in a pile of other peoples parcels. After getting 2 out of 3 items loaded into my vehicle. I asked if I needed to sign anything; the clerk then realized they had to scan each package (using a cell phone) which took far longer than it should have. Technically only signed for one out of the three parcels. Total time for a simple pickup 15 minutes.

the poor reviews reflect my experience. the canpar tracking number said my parcel would be delivered monday, but the driver showed up friday when we were not home. the driver left a door tag with a new tracking number that showed nothing on the canpar website. i had to phone 2x before a CSR could tell me where my parcel was. now i have a 40 min drive round trip to go to their warehouse to get my parcel. terrible tracking capabilities from a company whose business relies on it. i will never use canpar.

Really disappointing service. Package worth ~$800 was left unattended outside of my apartment building - apparently listed as "front porch"? - when the address was clearly stated on the label with the unit number clearly included. There was no knock on my door or any attempt to contact me whatsoever upon delivery and I only found the package as I was heading out to my car. It is not more than 15ft from the front door of the building to my unit on the first floor - this just screams lazy and unprofessional service.

3 weeks to deliver package. They lost part of it as well, found lost part and still taking a week to get back. They still made me pay for return of lost package which has been sitting at there location for a month now.
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Borderline scam. Most of the time they don't ring the doorbell or knock. They don't call, they don't show up when they say they will, etc. They absolutely deserve every 1 star review they've received and no doubt will continue to receive.

Absolutely zero customer service; archaic tracking system with ambiguous messages. I will never order another product that uses Canpar as the courier service.

Extremely bad service. They dont follow up in time at all. The email will say they r delivering or picking up today and no one will show up for 2 days. Had to make 3 calls in 3 days to get my package picked up. Also had to call twice n escalate before got the package delivered. The old lady pick up driver however is and awesome lady and i think she should work for the better company 🙂
