Dr. Louis is supposed to give care and look after my father who suffers from Parkinson’s in the Coaldale Health Center.

Roughly 3 weeks ago my dad suffered what was thought to be a stroke and was rushed to the Lethbridge hospital for over a week. After numerous tests, we have found out that the reason for his episode was actually because the staff at the Coaldale Health Center had accidentally turned his brain stimulator off that treats his Parkinson’s.

The negligence and mishandling of my father in this long term care facility was absolutely horrendous. And to make things better, Dr. Lowe had no idea and couldn’t figure out what was going on nor was he even very present. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of him and even once gotten a hold of Nothing very quick to assess the situation or to figure out the cause of the problem.

Then to find out that the actual root of the problem was caused by negligence of the staff at the Coaldale Health Centre. Ron Lowe is an absolutely terrible doctor. The guy shows up in a rush and constantly acts like he needs to be somewhere else. When speaking with them, he has nothing but contradicting and condescending. Do not trust anyone, especially family members in the care of this physician

I have been attending Coaldale Campbell clinic for a number of years now and I can truly say they are incredibly supportive, professional and empathetic. They go above and beyond and everyone, from the administration to the nurses and doctors, make you feel heard and supported. Very thankful for an office like this when our healthcare system is at such a disadvantage right now.

This clinic is outstanding, and its staff is incredibly friendly. The facility itself may be small, but it offers top-notch medical services. Conveniently situated at Coaldale , it provides a refreshing alternative for those seeking a change from the city environment. While it may require a 25 to 30-minute drive from Lethbridge , the journey is well worth it. Choosing this place ensures a pleasant experience and excellent care.

I've been going to Dr. Lowe since I was a kid and I have to say, he is the best, most caring doctor ever. Cannot say enough good words about him and the staff there.

This has been my clinic for as long as I've been alive basically. The doctors are great and friendly in all my experiences, but the hours of operation appear to change often without notice or updates to any website. For example, it says the clinic opens at 8:30am, but when you call at 8:30 the answering machine still says the clinic is closed. Other than that, I don't have any other complaints.

My doctor and her nurses are always friendly and go above and beyond but the girls upfront should be more welcoming. You are the face of the clinic. Add a smile. It goes a long way

if i could i would give no stars, this clinic is absolutely terrible the front ladies are NOT friendly at all NO smile NO hello no nothing phoning and talking to them is a treat as well 🤬witch is horrible they are the face of the clinic first person everyone see.
then the wait time OMG seriously an hour ever time so over this place. Finding a new dr and wont ever step foot in this place. They need to go to the cambell clinic south and get trained by them they are AWESOME miss dr haberman. I work health care and never have i talked/treated my clients so horrible even WITH a bad day. SMILE it wont hurt.

My experiences were always pretty good. Friendly nurses and doctors not to mention knowledgeable as well. I really never had much of a wait either. Would of gotten a 5 star but docs aren't educated in the nutrition field so I ain't givin a top mark.
