I will start this review by honestly saying that I never leave reviews, but I felt the need to in this instance because of the experience that I had in dealing with this company. I had a shipment to be delivered by Sun Logistics. The morning of delivery I called and inquired on estimated arrival time and was told by their office that the driver said between 11/11:30. I received a text at 10:45 stating that I was the “Next Stop”, over an hour passed so I called the office to inquire, they told me I was indeed the next stop but the driver would not say when he would arrive. I then asked where was the stop prior to me and the dispatcher told me that I was one town over ( literally 15min walking distance). Well over 2 hours now since I was told I was the “Next Stop” and the driver is literally one town over. I would give this company less stars if it was possible, terrible service, terrible scheduling, all around disappointing and awful experience. If you value your time and good quality service do your a favor and find a different method of shipping.

I was in a tough spot with a FTL shipment on it's way to Brooklyn that required a lift gate to unload shipping in a 53 van trailer. I fortunately located Sun Logistics and moved into a good spot. After working with Justin, he quickly came up with a solution at a fair price. Justin stayed after hours to ensure the set up process went smoothly and was complete before we arrived with the shipment. This was also after speaking with me for the very first time. We used Sun Logistics to unload at their facility and they handled final mile delivery with the necessary equipment. The order also delivered on it's original delivery date with no delay. It's key to have a solution in your back pocket for those unique NY City area delivery locations. I'm happy I found one for the future in Sun Logistics.

I manage a small 3Pl carriers I use interline with Sun. They pretend that they are a terminal for the big LTL Carriers but are not.
At times the delivery trucks are falling apart with different color fenders hood and doors.
I had to go there once and it was a madhouse, complete disorganization and mass confusion.
I wish they were more honest about who they are...

Unfortunately, zero is not a possible rating or that's what I would have chosen. They called Monday to tell me my package would be delivered Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell me they forgot to put it on the truck and it would come Wednesday between 9 am and 1 pm. The driver calls me at 5:20 pm to tell me he is five minutes away but the grill is still not on the truck. When I call to check the status, I get put on hold and then disconnected. total clown show.

Horrible management, if you have forklift and warehouse experience don’t waste your time with this company. Lots of illegal practices. Worst benefits package I ever seen they hide your sick time and vacation hours on they Paycom app.. warning don’t waste your time an life I regret giving them 5 months of my life..

Unreliable. Shipment was indicated as out for delivery, yet, was never delivered on that day. No one called to update or let me know it won't be delivered. Customer Service kept saying they will deliver by 7pm. They delivered early the next day as first stop, which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star.
