I decided to choose Hansens to ship my Mercedes from BC to PEI. Apart from a few minor missing information or duplicates my car arrived safely. I personally enjoyed the tracking feature best

I received an email from someone in Ontario to start the file. I paid for the shipment and then I got another email asking to get the file started from someone in BC. I couldn’t get ahold of Ontario so I called the BC contact and got it straightened out. Then on the day I dropped off my vehicle I was told I would get an email with my tracking link. I waited a few days but no email so I followed up and got it.

They moved my car from Toronto to Vancouver and damaged my quater panel and my wrap. When i contacted the claim department they declined my claim saying the scratch is not visible because of the wrap and damage might be before it got transported. But they checked everything in Toronto before transporting. And when i called the claims department again they hung up the call on my face. And i have been trying to call them again but they are not picking up the phone. Worst experience ever plus car got damaged.

Paid close to $9000.00 to have a sprinter van delivered from St John’s NL to Vancouver BC.

Van took 27 days to arrive and in very very poor condition. This is a brand new van but was handled very poorly. Dirt, mud, and rust from clothes/coveralls all over seats, door panel and steering wheel.

On the flip side Joseph and Shelly provide great customer service.

On top of that, they were more affordable than every competing vehicle shipper I got estimates from, shipping from Toronto to Vancouver. I recently used Hansen's to transport my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 from Vancouver, BC to Toronto, ON. They were excellent to deal with, extremely organized and very easy to coordinate everything in only 30mins.

Car pick up and drop off was well communicated and on time. My car was handle with car, and it arrived very quickly for a cross country rail shipment (and in spite of a looming possible CN railway strike!).

For anyone doing the math - it's cheaper to use a reliable service such as Hansen's. Depending on your distance and the value of your time - to drive it (gas, wear and tear and possible stone chips or tire damage) plus hotel costs - shipping it is the way to go.

No surprise Hansen's was the preferred recommendation from my movers - Trans Canada Movers. I highly recommend for anyone looking to get their car moved a long distance to checkout Hansen's.

Great experience shipping a vehicle I purchased from out of province. Shipped from Toronto to Vancouver. Cost was just over $1300 for a Toyota Tacoma.

They have a great tracking service on their website which was updated regularly. The truck arrived quite quickly once it started to move. It was picked up on the 16th near Toronto and arrived in Vancouver at their yard on the 24th.

Very happy with the service. While the dealership did all of the booking and setup for me the staff at the pickup location in Delta were very friendly. No complaints at all!
