I'm leaving a 1-star review because this company claims to be a courier when they are clearly a bus company. Their driver made such efficient use of the bus lane while he sped ahead to cut in front of us regular folk.

Let me know when you correct the listing to a bus company so I can change my review to 5 stars.

We've used Diamond Delivery for the last 2 years. Jeannine takes amazing care of our account and is quick to follow up with us and with our shipments behind the scenes. When we've had locations that were outside Diamond Delivery's regular route, Jeannine worked tirelessly to help us find a solution. We regularly ship delicate and bulky products from the lower mainland to the interior that require covered pickup and timely delivery. Rusty in Kamloops has even come in on his day off to make sure our customer received their products on time and Jeannine has followed up well after her regular hours. Seth and Raman (delivery drivers in Kamloops) are polite, confident with large freight and have even made special early morning trips to ensure that our items were received on time. Any small issues over the years have been quickly addressed and resolved.

I have worked with diamond delivery for all my local shipments in the lower mainland and Victoria BC, The customer service is great, and the representatives are always very patient and go above an beyond in both dispatch Surrey and victoria. I am a supply chain manager and in transportation issues and changes are constant so you want a partner that is able to deliver and constantly updated you when issues arise to my Diamond Delivery has been that partner and I hope they keep on the good work.

We have been using Diamond Delivery for almost 5 years. Their first assignment was one of our toughest delivery sites and they hit it out of park! The various depots are quick to respond to my emails and help me however they can. On the odd occasion where something has gone wrong they are quick to find out what happened and make it right. Simply put, they have made my job easier.

I wish I could give zero stars even though zero would be too much. I don't usually write these reviews but feel it may save another company some money. My motto is after 3 strikes you are out and Diamond Delivery certainly accomplished this. I should have know after the first bad experience to move on but felt everyone deserves a second chance. On three separate occasions Diamond Delivery either failed to pick up as scheduled, deliver as scheduled or not pick up at all. This in turn cost my company a considerable amount of added expense. The straw that broke the camels back was when I scheduled a time sensitive delivery for a Monday pick up before 3pm. At 2:45 I called dispatch looking for the truck and was told it could not make it and it will be picked up the following day. The next day (Tuesday) comes and at 2:45 I again call dispatch and my call was forwarded to voicemail as no one answered. I left a voicemail and here it is 4 days later and still no truck and no call from anyone. This type of customer service is totally unacceptable and I can't for the life of me understand how this company is still in business. I really hope this review helps another customer from having to experience this unprofessional behaviour.

I wish I could give -5 stars. I read the reviews about this company and believed it was a good choice, but I was so wrong! This company was a nightmare in my life. My move came from Toronto to Saskatoon. It was supposed to be delivered on May 15, but only arrived 10 days later. The communication with the company was amazing before I hired them, which gave me a positive impression. I deeply regret the decision to work with them. To make things worse, one table and an expensive office chair were broken and they refused to pay for the damage. I will return to Toronto in a couple years but definitely will look for a better company next time.
