Absolutely horrible! We called to get two cabs to the village. They sent one cab. The others waited outside for the other cab. We got to our destination, and the other cab never showed up for the other girls waiting outside. We called, and the girl that answered the phone argued with us saying he already showed up and it shows that on her map. The other girls were standing outside the entire time waiting!!! She hung up on us and said I’ll send another one very rudely. We called back as it was very rude. And she hung up again and said that she’s not sending them. Very very rude and unprofessional right from the very first phone call asking for two cabs.

I scheduled 2 cabs to take 8 of us from dockside chalet to a family wedding at the top of blue mountain. One was on-time, the second was late due to being lost. Neither cabs had working air conditioning, we had to have windows down and ruined the girls hair.
We did not think to ask the price ahead of time, but the 12 minute drive cost $43.50 per cab. In contrast, an Uber for the same time was going to cost $16. Needless to say, we took Ubers home.

Worst cab service ever long waits, and the drivers take you on the scenic route to your destination like I went from 475 Oak to the hospital and she took me all the way to 2nd street and past the library and the back way to the hospital ONLY to be driven to the front doors ... it was the girl with short boy cut hair NEVER GET IN A CAR WITH HER SHE WILL MILK YOU FOR YOUR RIDE!!!

Poor service, I called the night prior to get a ride to the hospital for a hip replacement, it was a pickup for 6:40, at 6:45 I called again, unfortunately at 6:50 I walked to the hospital. shame on you Ace Cabs, I'm absolutely disgusted with your service or lack of it. Never will I consider Ace Cabs.

I slightly splited coffee and water in the dirty van 13.00 for 3 mins drive seriously. It was my first experience and last experience for me.

I live in Collingwood most of my life and for one of the top wealthiest man area then owns multiple business and he own all cab plates in the zoning. Not only does he under staff which a huge unconvient to his customers. Is switched his hours of operations at at night and now locals and tourist have to rely on an Uber and that's if once actually operating in the area. Play with rates and put few drives on salary you have like five drivers on hourly in the rest commission. You're a businessman giving our town a critical service that is unreliable.

Called and requested a cab… waited at the window for said cab. After 25mins I called and nicely cancelled only for a horrendously rude woman to snap at me that they “already no showed it”. I told her it is a one way road and not a single car drove by and she cut me off mid sentence. I thought small towns we’re supposed to be nice? Big yikes. Shoutout to Thomas on Uber for consistently saving the day!
