The FBO employees are actually awesome. They deserve 5 stars. The owner deserves -100. He was rude, snarky, cocky and told me he does not care if I ever come back. We had a nice golf trip tainted by exorbitant after hours fees and ramp fees. The high fuel I expected; the rest was not disclosed.

My experience at Celtic Air was nothing less than EXCELLENT! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They answered our radio calls immediately. The facility is cozy, clean, and newly renovated. They offered complimentary cookies and maple syrup to take home with us. The folks at Celtic Air have never met a stranger; they are the epitome of Canadian hospitality. We will definitely be returning!

Celtic Air Service is an amazing company. The owner and his staff are wonderful. They help you with everything. The helicopter ride was awesome. I have never flew before and my husband had Flown once before. They make you feel very comfortable and safe. I highly recommend everyone to try this.

I've stopped here several times in the last couple of years. The service is beyond excellent! Maritime hospitality squared! (But please, don't bake so many cookies, I'm gaining weight!)

Love it. It was my first time in a helicopter and Justin was so great. He explained everything he was doing and even gave us a great tip on a hiking trail! Cape Breton is so beautiful and I'm very fortunate we had such a beautiful view of it. Thanks Dave and Justin!!

Best FBO I’ve ever been too. Went above and beyond, got us a hotel, rental car all on the spot. Also they have free whiskey and beer, what more can you really ask for

Had booked a ride for our anniversary for Augest 1st. 2021.They gave use a price,time and place.We were there on time and waited.We waited for 45 min.no helicopter.We called the company and they said they tried to call use and there where no miss call.That was not true.Found out they forgot to put it on the spread sheet.They were supposed to call use back and never did. Very disappointed and will not recommend.
