Women, children, and seniors forced to stand in the rain because the train was “too short.”

Who thought this was okay? The train was so short that its doors didn’t line up with the enclosed platform—leaving passengers, including seniors, women, and children, to board in the pouring rain. Some doors didn’t open at all because there was no platform beneath them. This is basic planning. If a shorter train is running, make sure it stops where the shelter is. This isn’t just an oversight—it’s a failure to treat passengers with dignity.

It is one of the three largest waterfalls in the world, and the breathtaking views are truly unforgettable. Seeing the power and beauty of the waterfall in person was an amazing experience. I have no regrets visiting this stunning natural wonder. It’s a must-see destination for anyone who appreciates nature’s magnificence.

I visited the Niagara Falls via Rail Station in late August/Early September 2022. This is the first or last stop in the Canada before crossing over into the US/NY. The Amtrak employees gives you a customs form before going into Canada to fill out so when you get off the train to go through customs. the customs forms were in this area that didn't even specify what they were. Be mindful everyone has to get off the train with all of your belongings even if you’re traveling further up into Canada. I didn’t notice any vending machines at this station so be sure to have beverages and snacks while you wait inside. The seating area was very small. There was a beautiful piano inside. There is also a ladies and men’s room. The ladies room had about 2-3 stalls. There are also benches outside of the station facing the direction of the tracks which you’re able to wait. I didn’t notice when I arrived but when you leave there is a cab number inside the station posted along the wall. There is no customer service/information booth at this station.

Absolutely amazing, you need to be there to appreciate the intensity of the falls. My review came up under “train station” but it is meant for the Niagara Falls Canada 🇨🇦. On the Canadian side of the border is the larger of the two falls, the horseshoe shaped and the shorter more straight fall is on the USA side, both of which are a site to see and the sound of the water roaring over is incredible not to mention the fine mist which is great because it cools you off in the heat. Apart from the falls in Canada is a quite large area of other attractions to keep the family occupied. There is a number of hotels that have a view of the falls and are reasonably priced and each night there is a great light show on the falls which not only enables you to see them in the dark easier but you can see the colours they shine on the falls, also there is a fireworks show. So from early morning right into the night there is plenty to keep the whole family busy and occupied for a great experience of a lifetime.

It's a small train station. It does the job of transporting people between Toronto and Niagara Falls. However, after people alight the train, the area is a mess. There are too many people on the platform and everyone is funnelled one direction. Once you leave the platform areas, the train station parking lot is jammed with people. Cars have no hope of leaving until the rush subsides. The sidewalk for people waiting for the WEGO bus is small and the queue is extremely long as a result. Once you cross the street, it's not so crammed. Walk a few blocks down and you're in the clear.

This is for the GO Transit fare machines. They are completely useless when trying to load cash onto a Presto Card in cooler temperatures, needs to be sorted. Same goes for purchasing fares to other stations & UP express.
