Amazing and fast service! Had an issue with my car at around 10:30 at night, called them and they answered right away and were very informative and friendly. I ended up needing a service call and they arrived within about 15i mins. He had a look at things and right away figured out what was going on and had my car running again. Super friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend!

Guy ripped the mirror off my truck and took off without speaking to me about it.

After the owner spoke with me I was called a dickhead and a liar.
Turns out the owners son was the tow truck driver. But I have video evidence. CAA is forcing these clowns to pay for the damage.
Worst, most dishonest company around.

We were camping at Martin River when my son lost his keys , we needed to tow the car to Huntsville and it was Le Towing to the rescue! Vince came to the park , he has a fantastic personality, putting the calmness in a stressful situation ! The car was successfully towed! Highly recommend Le Towing ! 10 stars for Vince !

Got le tow through caa to tow my vw jetta from mattawa to north bay, there dispatch , driver and equiptment are all top notch! Highly recommend .

Not often do you find a tow truck with reasonable rates and good service. Went beyond my expectation and delivered the vehicle from mattawa to north bay. Solid guys!! Thanks

Called for towing but was told minimum charge is $90. For light service. So they jacked up the vehicle and hooked it up then brought it down again and charged $90.

No tow, no locked keys, no gas delivery, no nothing. Needed a tow 6km away to dealer but refused to do it for the price.

$600 to tow 1.5 hrs to sudbury but didn’t have that kind of money.

Called roadside assistance and they send the other tow guy in town since Le Towing refused it. Now this tow guy says he has computer problems and can’t do the call for roadside, but calls me to ask for cash first. Didn’t have cash only roadside assistance which is paid. But he wouldn’t do it. It was rainy, dark and cold at night. Nothing would get any tow truck to budge that night.

After paying $90 to hsve the vehicle returned beck to me so I can tow it myself. Got ripped off $90. For to release the vehicle or else it would be impounded if I did t pay. After paying they didn’t want to tow so I yelled at them for their awesome hustle service.

Roadside assistance couldn’t get ANY tow company in North Bay to come out and tow me. They all had excuses like needing cash upfront or having g computer problems. I gave up and towed it myself to the dealer 6km away.

Towing is useless in North Bay. Especially in the rain, and darkness they’ll leave you stranded.

Aside from being chased by homeless junkies in the dark I managed to get out of the area before they caught up to me. Stranded at night, out of town no tow trucks Relaible enough in North Bay to tow 6km.

I ended up towing myself with another vehicle. It’s free and so much faster than a tow truck. We got the job done six hours later no thanks to Le Towing or any other towing company it seems that was called by roadside assistance.

I realized both tor companies in north bay work together to hustle money out of stranded tourists like they do in Toronto. Tow truck scams to hustle cash on the side are a big issue

I’ve never been so shocked at North Bays hospitality towards tourists. Money hungry and shady hidden fees like pretend service for $90. Sorry, it’s called ‘light service’ and it’s a $90. Carny ride for your vehicle that lasts 30 seconds and you pay big.

Odd city. Isnt the most helpful. They prey on tourist stranded in the rain Demsnding money upfront, even with roadside assistance.

Those homeless junkies at least showed me the way to town. God bless them.

We had traveled over 4 hours to North Bay. We just arrived, stopped to get gas, and our truck would not turn over! We tried to figure it out. There also happened to be two other vehicles that had broken down in the same spot and had called for a towing service. When the first tow truck stopped to pick up one of the other vehicles, the driver stopped to see if he could help figure out the problem. A second tow truck stopped to pick up the second stranded vehicle whose driver also tried to help. After some time they advised a few garages to look at our truck. We tried after they left to fix the issue but could not do so. We called the Le Towing to tow our truck. Thanks to the wonderful kindness of the drivers who went out of their way to try and help, you made our experience a little less stressful. We appreciate the effort, kindness and professionalism from the wonderful gentlemen out on their service calls.
