I used their service before and it was good. Called today to inquiry about price as we are traveling with 3 pets and a lot of baggage and the attendant just hung up "call the day before". Very rude.

Just like the previous review, I have used this service before many times before without incident but today I tried to talk about using this service again and the jackoff at the other end was rude and hung the phone up. This jackoff should be fired.

Got into the car pizza was shoved into the door of car driver said should expect that stopped in middle of street and told us to get out highly recommend paying the extra to order lyft or uber

Called to schedule a taxi and the guy who answered was rude and wouldn't even let me talk. Then hung up. I'll never call back to use their service again. This was the first time I've ever called them. Unreal!

Rudest person I've ever called. Used the word taxi and he hung up on me. Called again used the word taxi and he lost it on me! Find a different car company!!

The drivers are awesome, however the owner who answers the phone is the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. Asked me what street I live off of I told him three times and he says I don’t think it’s off that but whatever and hangs up. Learn some customer service skills you a hole.

Disgusting service , cars are dirty and smell like smoke . the owner is very unprofessional and does not know how to form a proper sentence without swearing . The woman and guy from dispatch are very uneducated and unprofessional

I call tonight for a taxi for Mt daughter and my brother they guys who answer me was rude and swear at me. I was pardon me . I wasn't even rude I only said I wanted to reserve a taxi for 7 am to make sure they have one because they have to drive my family in Toronto. Seriously that kind of client service is inappropriate and innacceptable. And my mom try to call him before too and had a bad experience they guys was rude and hang up on her she is a sick woman , very calm she only want a taxi.
