I ordered a bed through silk and snow, and they forwarded the delivery to this company. I included in the delivery instructions that the road I live on is closed, and they must call me before delivery. They did not communicate with me at any point. A month later, I still do not have my bed, despite calling in multiple times and making sure that the drivers understood the delivery instructions. Silk and Snow sent 8 emails to them, and also said that they are struggling to get answers.

The final straw was when I sat next my phone for the whole day on an expected delivery date, and the bed never came. When I called in later, they said they tried to call, but it didn't work.

So they just didn't turn up. No communication, nothing.

It has been an entire month, and these guys are unable to figure out how to navigate the slightest bit of added complexity for an order, and never not once did they reach out to me for the entire month.

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever encountered, and I am not exaggerating.

Absolutely unacceptable and horrible service. My order was delayed twice without any proactive updates. When they finally delivered my order on the street, they had torn wide open the box, and left it there without a call or notifying in any way that it was dropped off. I had specifically indicated in my order that I am on the second floor and they just dumped 150lbs in front of my house. Didn't even ring my doorbell. As a single but able person, how would another customer that has disabilities or is elderly manage?

When I called, they said they take 2-3 business to respond to any enquiries. Drivers are not reachable. How does a business like this even operate in 2024?!

Excellent driver in truck 6. He showed up on time, was very courteous and delicately handled my new equipment. Couldn't have gone better!

i can't believe that they would deliver heavy items with only 1 driver. The piece delivered was over 200 lbs . This has to be an HR violation

I never write reviews but I feel that it’s important to warn others how aweful my experience has been. I made purchase almost a month ago for an item through another company that use high energy transport to delivery the product. The expectation from the website was for it to be delivery with 5-7 business days. I have still yet to receive my product and every time I try to reaching out to high energy transport I get no answer. Please avoid using this company if possible. You may not get your item and there is no way of contacting them to see what’s going on.
