These drivers try to run people off the road. Flash their lights and tries to pass us while others are coming. Dangerous behavior on HWY 11 between Hearst and Kapuskasing, Ontario!!!!!! I tried calling and no one answers to our complaint.

Worst trucking company to work with. Have an invoice almost 5 months old. They do not respond on emails.

Their dispatch says they are really busy to talk about payments, their tracking team says that accounting works from home, and their accounting is not answering the calls and responding emails.

NEVER EVER work this company.

They make promises they cant keep on delivery times, when I called in to see where my shipment was they were extremely rude and unhelpful. They told me there was nothing they could do to track it. I called back and spoke with another person and they told me that no ship date was ever promised and that it would arrive in a few more days. I asked when exactly when it would be dropped off and they couldn't say. I asked for the name of the person I was speaking to so I could follow up with them and I was hung up on. I called back again the next day and was told my shipment would arrive on Friday (It was supposed to arrive Monday) but they still could not guarantee that there would be no delays. All staff members I spoke with had me running in circles with no real answers. I would not recommend that anyone use them if you have a shipment that you need to receive on time. Poor customer service and overall poor business ethics.

MTS Logistics is one professional firm working hard to the core of their customer’s satisfaction. They are responsive 24x7, matched the delivery promises and provided secure delivery. I’ve been taking their services for almost a year now and I look forward to continuing this henceforth.
Prices are competitive and the whole team is highly professional.

Most unprofessional and pathetic trucking company I have ever dealt with.
Called dispatch twice to request trailer drop off time, was put on hold and got disconnected. When asked why my calls are disconnected, guy said if you stay on hold longer than specific time, calls get disconnected. I mean really
They have no credibility and takes no accountability of the loads. They screwed my loads twice in 2 weeks and reason was given reefer broke down. On the other hand, they said we bought new reefers. Knew someone in their company and she advised reefers have no problem, they are lying. There's no zero star, otherwise i would given it.

The "accounting manager" Malik likes to play games and will not pay their invoice NOR verify if the assumed cheque they sent was cashed. We have an outstanding invoice from June. Courtesy note to not work with them.

A driver at this company in 2014 side swiped me in my new car. The owner Haider came on scene quickly and begged me to not go though insurance. He said he would cover everything himself. As he is the business owner I trusted Haider and agreed that we can look after everything directly. That turned out to be a huge mistake. After months and months of a run around, and after MTS moved from location to location and hid from me... I only had a portion of the repairs paid for.
About half a year later Haider finally decided to pay the outstanding amount in 3 posted dated checks.... the last check did not clear and MTS still owes me over $2000.00. He apologized and said he would repay the last check, but never did and never returned my calls or fixed this issue.

To this date I still drive around with a damaged rim, as I could not afford to complete the repairs. I have everything documented in writing and lots of proof. I was just hoping MTS and Haider would fix this issue without having to go to small claims court. I would not trust using this company for any of their services.
