I just had the MOST spectacular shopping experience at my local Ashley HomeStore! Outstanding customer service experience from the WHOLE team (made The Notre Dame Boys look like punks LOL). Marilyn is my MVP for patiently guiding me towards the best king mattress option for me - at a sale price that was way below what the competition is charging. So, SO many fabulous sale 'finds' in the retail store - I left with 2 really unique items I've not seen anywhere else. How refreshing to be treated like you are welcome and everyone working there has time for you. This place gives me yet another great reason to shop local. Not sure who is in charge here, but kudos to you for setting the customer experience standard in retail!

I recently shopped at Ashley. I was looking for living room furniture. They staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt valued and that my business was a priority. Communication on delivery was excellent.
The promotions that were offered at the time were fully explained to me to ensure i understood.

I will be returning in future.

I went in looking for a patio table set and Agnes was so helpful! She was able to find something that we loved and was in stock! She is great! Agnes was very attentive and took the time to find us exactly what we wanted. We will be returning again for future purchases 🙂

I think this is one of the best home furniture stores I've ever shopped at! Recently I purchased a couch set with matching coffee tables, I do believe the beautiful young lady who helped me name was Agnes, she was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills were exceptional. I was actually very impressed with the quality of the product and the price. I highly recommend and I plan on investing in bunk beds soon so I will be a returning customer!!!

Agnes was immediately welcoming & made me feel at home entering the store. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to find me exactly what i was looking for.
