The actual movers were absolutely amazing guys! My original booking was for 10am. I was at my storage unit at 9:50 am. I waited and waited. At 10:20 I called the office and I was informed there was a time change in booking. It was changed to 12 noon. I was no made aware of this. Due to the change I had to call my apartment to make them aware of the time change re service elevator and availability. I was told the guys would be there within 1 hr. An hour and 15 mins later they arrived. Not very impressed. The office apopogize, but nothing else. I think a decent company would have given me a discount. But because I didn't cause a scene or follow through with it. I didn't get it. So it's partially on me. But that's the way the world is these days. Pretty sad.

I called them back as they stated in their answer to my review. Said that the 5* ratings are very important to the owner. They wanted me to either delete the review or change it so it's positive. He said what normally happens is they would reimbursement me some of the moving cost for doing so. The guy asked me if I had an amount in mind. I gave him a number. Said he could not approve that, but he will be talking to the owner and let him know. Said he would call back in the day or 2. That was April 8th. Haven't received a call. I'm done with this company! Will never recommend it. I'm sure the owner doesn't care, bc he has his 4.8/5 *'s. Got to love the way you get treated after spending over $700.00. They got what they wanted, their money!

Ermias, Matt and Casey moved us back into our home last week after a lengthy renovation and we could not have asked for better service. Not only did they do a great job, these guys were friendly, professional and ultra polite. Well done, True North! We wish you continued success!

Highly recommend! Great customer service and fair pricing! Movers were on-time, efficient, friendly and did a great job protecting any breakable furniture (dresser mirror, glass table tops). They also placed large furniture exactly where I wanted in each room of my new place. Overall a completely stress free move, highly recommend this company to others!

I booked this company for a move, two bedroom apartment.
The two young gentleman that showed up did the best job I could ask for, smooth move, no damage, they were laughing and making jokes the whole time.
It was a really awesome move, 100% would book with this company again.

First time using movers and it was amazing! It was easy to book and on time.

Kyle and Alex were amazing, super nice and REALLY FAST. They made everything go smoothly across two pickup points, difficult doors and awkward halls. They placed everything carefully in the truck and in the new place where we wanted it. It was better than I could have imagined.

They even tried to help catch my neighbours small puppy that wandered in at one point.

I used a professional mover for the first time in my 84 years. I wished I had done it sooner. The three-man crew did an excellent job in moving me to my new retirement appartment.

All breakable items were wrapped and protected. They arrived on time and the job was completed in a reasonable time. They even put my bed together better than it was before.The crew were friendly and very engaging.

I would definitely recommend True North Movers.

We just had a wonderful experience with True North Movers from start to finish! Booking over the phone was easy and the agent was very polite and knowledgeable. Our movers, Dave and Kyle, were punctual, friendly, efficient and very careful with our belongings. This was our first time hiring movers but overall we were so impressed!
