Daniel was honest tow truck driver had it out of my aunts driveway within five minutes. If not less the truck was all on flat tires. He had it towed safely and put into the driveway at our residence. the price was unbelievable compared to other tow truck places. Definitely will have a customer for life. Thank you, thank you thank you so much.

Great experience throughout despite the rough situation. Our tow driver Clayton was a huge help, gave us good directions on next steps, who to call, and where to go. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and willing to help.

So much better than experiences with other tow companies. Didn't feel pressured or like they were waiting around the corner to swoop in.

I needed a tow back in January and wanted to share the excellent exparience I had with Active Towing. Their responce was much quicker than I expected. The Driver's name is Will and he is amazing. Very experienced and very caring. He did a great job.
Will made a troubling evening much more bearable.

On Feb 2/25 my F250 plow truck truck wouldn't start. I needed to move it a couple of miles down the street. We contacted Active Towing and they sent out Will and he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. He was able to load the truck without taking off the plow and the charges were very fair. I would highly recommend this driver / Tow Company.

I was stuck on the highway with a flat tire and didnt have my jack at 2AM. Daniel saw me from the other side of the highway and went out of his way to come back for me. He helped me get back on the road free of charge. Thanks again Daniel 🙏.

I was at the covered bridge, kissing bridge they call it in west mount rose. I always use Bobs towing… but this time I thought I would get a closer towing out fit. BIG MISTAKE Active towing hosed me big time . Gave me one price. Then when we were driving he told me the office changed the rate? 165.00 hook up and $2.50km from their shop to me then from there to Cambridge . Well 360 was the price . From west mount rose to Cambridge.if your ever stuck don’t call them they will hose you big time. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Hope this helps if you need a tow don’t call ACTIVE TOWING. Damn I hate posting this but I’m on a pension , don’t like to throw money away like this. I’m not a cheap guy , but that’s not right.

Horrible, horrible experience. Not only do they take advantage of people on the worst days of their lives, they are rude and terrible to deal with. Compared to any other towing company, their prices are ridiculously high. We were quoted $600 for a tow that took 10 minutes on the scene and a 20 minute drive each way for the driver and they ended up charging over $1000 when we went to pick up the vehicle the next day. The woman in the office was incredibly rude to deal with on top of all this. Use anyone else!
